JIRA Automation Suite

About this project

JIRA Automation Suite was built to remove repetitive work from common JIRA workflows. The browser-based application connects directly to the JIRA REST API, allowing issue information to be retrieved and multiple issues to be updated through a single interface instead of handling each ticket individually.

The application also transforms retrieved issue data into an Excel-ready format, connecting JIRA workflows with the spreadsheet-based reporting processes that often follow them. This keeps the entire workflow inside one tool rather than requiring repeated manual exports and updates.

The project brings together a Next.js frontend, REST API integration, bulk workflow operations, and structured data export into a focused automation tool designed around a practical developer workflow.
