Snake Game

About this project
This project recreates the classic Snake game as a Java Swing desktop application, with the game organized into separate classes for the application window and the core game panel. The player controls the snake with the arrow keys, collects apples to grow, and accumulates points as the game progresses.
The game panel handles the main loop, rendering, keyboard input, movement, and collision detection. The player must avoid both the boundaries of the game area and the snake's own body, with the game ending when a collision occurs.
The implementation uses only standard Java libraries and keeps the game logic organized through a simple object-oriented structure, making it a compact demonstration of GUI programming, event handling, state management, and real-time game logic.
